Creating a Public Link
1
Open your site dashboard
Log in to TinyTrack and navigate to the site you want to share from your site list.
2
Click the Share button
Find the Share button in the top-right corner of your dashboard toolbar and click it to open the sharing panel.
3
Toggle on Public dashboard
Flip the Public dashboard toggle to the on position. TinyTrack instantly generates a unique, shareable URL.
4
Copy the generated link
Click Copy link to copy the full URL to your clipboard. The link is ready to use immediately — no additional configuration required.
5
Share it with your audience
Paste the link wherever you need it — an email, a Slack message, a Notion page, a client report, or anywhere else. Recipients open it directly in their browser with no login prompt.
What Viewers Can See
Anyone who opens the public link gets a live, read-only snapshot of your dashboard. They can view:- Live visitor count — the number of people currently active on your site, updated in real time
- Pageview trend — a time-series chart showing traffic volume over your selected date range
- Top pages — the pages, paths, and entry URLs receiving the most visits
- Goal conversions — conversion counts and rates for any goals you have configured
- Account or billing settings
- Site configuration and tracking options
- Goal definitions or funnel setups
- Any other site you manage under your TinyTrack account
Revoking Access
To stop sharing your dashboard, toggle Public dashboard back to the off position in the sharing panel. The link is invalidated immediately — anyone who tries to open it afterwards sees an access-denied page. You do not need to notify previous viewers; the link simply stops working the instant you disable it. If you re-enable sharing later, TinyTrack generates a brand-new URL. The old link remains dead, so you stay in full control of who can view your data at any given time.Use Cases
Team Visibility
Give every team member a live view of traffic and conversions without adding them to your TinyTrack account or paying for extra seats.
Investor Updates
Drop the dashboard link into your investor update email so stakeholders can check growth metrics on demand, any time they like.
Client Reporting
Share live dashboards with clients so they can monitor their own site performance without scheduling a separate reporting call.
Public Transparency
Publish your analytics openly to build trust with your audience — many indie makers and open-source projects share their traffic numbers publicly.
Anyone with the link can see your analytics. Do not share it publicly if your traffic data is sensitive.
